Design Tree Maintenance is seeking an Arborist - Tree Care Sales Rep to join our established team.

Pay: This role offers competitive compensation of $100,000 – $250,000+ per year based on sales performance.

YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS:

As an Arborist - Tree Care Sales Rep, you will spend your day meeting with families in their homes to understand their needs and provide appropriate tree care recommendations. ARBORIST - TREE CARE SALES REP: REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience with in-home sales (not B2B) with comfort entering people's homes and building rapport
  • Experience selling big-ticket items in the $1,000 – $20,000 range, such as flooring, tile, solar, or cars
  • People-first mindset with the ability to sell through trust, care, and genuine connection
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Integrity and professionalism, with a focus on selling the right solution rather than making a quick sale
