Job description

Hana Enterprises is seeking candidates experienced in performing Tree Maintenance Worker to assist us in maintaining the grounds of our customer. Job type: Full Time (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities:
Assisting arborists in collecting and piling branches, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring hazard-free work areas. You should be able to work with a variety of crew members. To be successful as a Tree Maintenance Worker, you should be physically strong and able to work in extreme weather conditions. Outstanding Tree Maintenance Workers should be able to carry out instructions efficiently and complete all maintenance tasks to the highest standard.
  • Operation of all ground equipment to include Chipper, Blowers, Chain-saws and other equipment as necessary, to accomplish contract requirements.
  • Operates powered grounds maintenance equipment
  • Fixes and maintains equipment
  • Uses established safety practices and sets up proper safety exclusion zones

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to obtain base access
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Experience operating power-driven grounds equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to walk, run, lift, bend, reach, stand, sit, push
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills,
  • Must have reliable transportation
