Job description

Salary:

Arborist Enterprises is hiring an experienced General Tree Care Foreman to join our growing team. We offer strong pay, steady work, and a company that supports its people.


What Youll Do:

  • Lead a tree service crew daily
  • Climbing, Bucket, Spyder lifts or ground work
  • Run chippers, loaders, chainsaws, and other equipment
  • Set up and manage job sites with a strong focus on safety and customer service
  • Train and mentor new crew members on proper techniques
  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and customer ready


What Were Looking For:

  • Prior climbing experience with crew leadership or foreman responsibilities preferred
  • Strong knowledge of rigging, equipment use, and job site safety
  • Comfortable running chainsaws, chippers, and other machinery
  • Clear communicator who works well with climbers and crew members
  • Climbing, Bucket Truck and Spyder Operation preferred
  • Reliable, hardworking, and safety focused
  • Ability to lead by example
