Job Description

The Specialized Treasury Services Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for treasury management products, services, and related operational processes. This role directly manages and resolves complex client cases that require advanced product knowledge, detailed research, analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Specialists act as trusted advisors to clients and internal partners by investigating issues, identifying solutions, interpreting complex information, and driving resolution through collaboration with servicing, product, operations, and technology teams. The role also supports business objectives through process improvement, implementation activities, testing support, and consultation on new or revised product capabilities, ensuring solutions align with client needs and operational effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of direct experience (with project lead experience), or five to eight years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Thorough knowledge of treasury management products, services, operational processes, and client support practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research complex situations, interpret findings, and recommend solutions.

- Experience managing complex client issues, operational exceptions, or escalated servicing requests.

- Ability to gather information, assess business needs, and communicate recommendations through both verbal and written presentations.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work to completion.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with clients, partners, and senior leaders.

- Ability to collaborate across servicing, operations, product, and technology teams to achieve desired outcomes.

- Experience supporting testing, implementation, process improvement, or product enhancement initiatives.

Location expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $75,905.00 - $89,300.00
