The UHS Corporate Finance Department is hiring a Treasury Coordinator to support the input and updating of treasury financial and accounting schedules. These reports, prepared monthly and quarterly, include interest and borrowing calculations, allocation of expenses, and bank activity across multiple facilities. The role also involves assisting with safekeeping documentation and ensuring compliance deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of monthly schedules (interest, special business lines, etc.) 
  • The role also involves assisting with safekeeping documentation and ensuring compliance deadlines are met.

  • Monthly bank charges calculation and journal entry.
  • Input of quarterly schedules for cash / bank reconciliation tracking.
  • Monthly purchasing card journal entry.
  • Signature card documentation updates.

Qualifications

High School Graduate/GED required.  Technical School, 2 Years College, or Associates Degree preferred.

  • 1-3 years minimum experience preferred.
  • Experience working in banking / treasury preferred. 
  • Accurate data entry.
  • In depth knowlege of Excel.
