About the Role:

The Curvex Bead Operator plays a critical role by expertly operating and maintaining Curvex bead machinery. This position requires precision and attention to detail to ensure that bead patterns are produced accurately and meet stringent quality standards. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production processes, and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and product consistency. Collaboration with quality control and maintenance teams is essential to promptly address any issues that arise during production. Ultimately, the role contributes significantly to the overall manufacturing process by ensuring timely and defect-free lace production that meets customer specifications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience operating textile or lace machinery.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret production orders and technical instructions.
