Position Summary
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, both inbound and outbound, including but not limited to local marketing, community outreach and digital campaigns to generate leads.
  • Identify and contact potential franchisees who align with the brands values and objectives.
  • Manage leads and follow-up tasks using our CRM system and established processes.
  • Diligently respond to and follow-up with all franchise inquiries via phone, face-to-face meetings and email communication daily.
  • Build and manage relationships with brokers, RE agents, lenders and landlords.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing prospects through the sales lifecycle.
  • Qualify franchise applicants through approval process in timely manner.
  • Speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business.
  • Ensure all documents, agreements & leases are in place.
  • Assist and negotiate LOIs and leases in the best interest of the brand and the owner/operator
  • Maintain compliance and follow FTC guidelines when discussing or selling a Dickey's restaurant opportunity.
  • Oversee transition projects, where applicable, from start to finish working within the timelines of the franchise agreement.
  • Assist current Dickey's owners in finding qualified buyers for their restaurant.
  • Assist the Operations and Legal Departments with any items needed to successfully transition a Dickey's Restaurant.
  • 25% travel for Dickey's related travel and events
  • This role requires you to work in Dallas-based office
  • We are not offering relocation assistance
