Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation of critical projects. The first major initiative will be the deployment of the Koerber Warehouse Management System (WMS) at our Canadian HUB of St-Perpétue , Québec. This role requires frequent travel to our locations to ensure seamless execution and effective stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. General Project Oversight
  • Lead multiple supply chain and operational projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
  1. Koerber WMS Implementation
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of Koerber WMS, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Coordinate system configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct change management strategies to support adoption, including training sessions for employees.
  • Establish KPIs to track system effectiveness and ongoing operational improvements.
  1. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams of HUB and PGW project leadership.
  • Facilitate milestone tracking with internal software providers.
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment between IT, operations, and supply chain teams.
  1. Travel & On-Site Execution
  • Frequent travel required to different warehouse sites for hands-on project management.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to troubleshoot challenges and implement best practices.
  • Engage directly with teams to provide real-time support during rollout phases.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience project management, preferably in WMS implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
