Position: Full-Time Medical Receptionist We are currently seeking a full-time and Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic medical practice. This key team member plays a vital role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
What We Offer:
  • Monday-Friday schedule (no nights, weekends, or on-call!)
  • Full-time hours: 37.5-40 hours per week
  • 8 paid holidays annually

Location: You'll have the opportunity to work across all of our four office locations in Ft. Thomas, Edgewood, and Florence, KY, and Lawrenceburg, IN. Flexibility to travel between offices as needed is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact-welcome patients, answer phones, and create a positive experience
  • Schedule and check in patients for appointments
  • Manage patient records using EPIC and Blueprint systems
  • Handle incoming calls and coordinate phone communications
  • Process insurance verifications and collect payments
  • Support general administrative functions-we provide full training!

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical office is preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with patient registration, insurance processing, authorizations, and medical terminology is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage interruptions in a busy office setting
