Provides guidance and counseling to clinical staff to assist them in continually improving all aspects of home health care services, provided through organization personnel.3. Assists with establishing and implementing a Home Health Aide Training program.4. Provides assistance in evaluation of patient care to determine areas of educational need and training.5.
