Location: Chandler, AZPosition SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Procurement Specialist to support purchasing operations, supplier coordination, and client-facing procurement activities. This role will serve as a key liaison between internal sales teams, clients, suppliers, and operations to ensure timely procurement, effective communication, and exceptional customer service.The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and comfortable working directly with clients in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage demanding stakeholders, and a customer-focused mindset. Candidates should be willing to travel to Troy, Michigan for initial onboarding and training.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate purchasing activities and support procurement operations to ensure timely fulfillment of client and business requirements.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding procurement requests, order status updates, product inquiries, and issue resolution.

  • Work closely with sales teams to support customer accounts and deliver procurement solutions that meet client needs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time performance.

  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding order status, lead times, supply constraints, and alternative sourcing options.

  • Support supplier sourcing, quotation requests, price comparisons, and vendor management activities.

  • Resolve procurement, delivery, and service-related issues in a professional and customer-focused manner.

  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and procurement documentation.

  • Assist with reporting, spend analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of corporate experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, account management, customer service, sales support, or related business functions.

  • Willingness to travel to Troy, MI for initial training and onboarding.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.

  • Comfortable interacting with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams on a daily basis.

  • Ability to work effectively with direct, demanding, or high-expectation clients while maintaining professionalism.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Experience with ERP systems or procurement platforms is a plus.

  • Korean-English bilingual proficiency is a plus.
