A Japanese restaurant in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Corporate Pastry Chef.
A growing hospitality company led by a renowned chef, operating award-winning restaurants while
expanding into hotels, resorts, and cruise ships.


The Corporate Pastry Chef will oversee pastry operations across multiple restaurants,
develop signature desserts, establish company standards, mentor pastry teams, and
support new openings.


• Oversee pastry operations across multiple restaurant locations.
• Develop signature desserts and seasonal menu changes.
• Standardize recipes, production methods and presentation.
• Recruit, mentor and develop pastry chefs and teams.
• Travel between locations to support openings and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with culinary and operations leadership.
• Manage food cost, purchasing and operational efficiency.
• Lead pastry research and development for future concepts.

• 7+ years in pastry leadership with multi-unit responsibility preferred.
• Strong pastry and baking fundamentals.
• Experience in high-volume, upscale restaurant operations.
