Job description

Are you someone who loves order, thrives on details, and genuinely enjoys helping others? Do you get a sense of satisfaction from ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? If you have a passion for the travel industry and want to be the backbone of a top-tier vacation planning team, we want to hear from you.
As a Travel Operations & Client Concierge, you will partner closely with our Travel Advisors to deliver flawless, stress-free vacation experiences for our clients. From the moment a trip is booked until the traveler returns home, you will handle the crucial administrative, coordination, and quality control steps that turn a standard trip into a dream vacation-with a heavy focus on the exciting world of cruises and premium tours.
This is a stable, reliable, on-site position at our Tucson office. It offers a perfect gateway into the hospitality world for an organized professional looking for a dependable workplace and a clear path for upward career mobility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Advisor Support: Assist our active Travel Advisors with administrative management of client bookings and vacation logistics.
  • Itinerary Management: Build, update, and organize comprehensive client itineraries and travel documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous reviews of reservation details, confirmations, and final documents to guarantee 100% accuracy before departure.
  • Supplier Coordination: Act as a main point of contact for cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other global travel vendors.
  • Timeline Tracking: Keep a close eye on booking deadlines, upcoming payment windows, and outstanding reservation requirements.
  • System Operations: Maintain impeccable records and updates within the company's CRM and internal booking platforms.

What We Are Looking For
We believe skills can be trained, but a great attitude and strong work ethic cannot. We want a collaborative team player who communicates clearly, stays incredibly organized, and follows through on every task.
  • Background: Experience in hospitality, customer service, administrative support, or the travel sector is preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building positive relationships.
  • Detail-Oriented: A natural tendency toward high accuracy, accountability, and spotting the little things that others might miss.
  • Task Management: The ability to prioritize your daily workload and multitask efficiently in a steady environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing standard office tech, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and basic database/CRM tools.

Why You'll Love Joining Our Team
  • A Reliable Workplace: Enjoy a supportive, community-focused workspace in Tucson with a consistent schedule and dependable team.
  • A Pathway to Growth: We actively promote from within. This role is designed as a launching pad to transition into a Travel Agent position, where you will eventually design and book incredible custom cruise experiences for clients.
  • Incredible Travel Perks: Take advantage of deep discounts and exclusive rates on cruises, resorts, and vacation experiences worldwide.
  • Solid Compensation: A dependable base salary of $37,500 per year, plus a comprehensive corporate benefits package.
