About The Opportunity

Scott Dunn Private is an invitation-only membership delivering exceptional, hyper-bespoke travel experiences for Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals. As a Private Travel Relationship Manager, you'll take full ownership of a dedicated member portfolio, acting as the trusted advisor for some of the world's most discerning travelers. This is a high-impact, relationship-led role combining luxury travel expertise, commercial drive, and unparalleled service. You'll work closely with a global network of experts to inspire, plan, and deliver extraordinary journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of Scott Dunn Private members, acting as their primary point of contact
  • Prospect, engage, onboard, and retain UHNW members through proactive relationship building
  • Generate demand by inspiring members' annual travel calendars with standout ideas and itineraries
  • Deliver hyper-bespoke travel planning from enquiry through to post-travel follow-up
  • Identify and execute business development opportunities through networks, referrals, and partnerships
  • Meet and exceed individual performance targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Maintain detailed member profiles, preferences, and contact strategies within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with global destination experts to deliver seamless, complex itineraries
  • Identify opportunities to enhance bookings through upgrades, private aviation, and bespoke experiences
  • Act swiftly on feedback or service recovery needs, partnering with Guest Relations where required
  • Participate in familiarization trips and share product knowledge with colleagues
  • Support marketing initiatives, member events, and brand-building activities
  • Build personal brand visibility within UHNW circles and relevant industry networks
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury travel with proven global travel sales success
  • Demonstrated experience managing face-to-face relationships with UHNW clients
  • Strong commercial acumen with a sales-driven mindset and service excellence focus
  • Comprehensive knowledge of global luxury destinations and products
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
  • High proficiency in CRM systems with exceptional attention to detail
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel domestically and internationally as required

Location - Dallas, TX

We are looking for someone who is based in Dallas, TX and willing to travel within the Dallas area regularly to meet members and prospective members. International and domestic travel between offices will be required.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $80,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
