What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Administrator, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations and supervise all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance. The Administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting or exceeding quality, clinical and utilization standards, performance measures, and financial productivity objectives. You will ensure premier customer service while facilitating the resolution of resident care issues.

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration or related field required
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large

  • Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a LTC/SNF setting
