Open Sky supports adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities who are referred by the Department of Developmental Services. The Program Coordinator is responsible for oversight of the day-to-day operations of the program.  They ensure there is optimum program coverage through developing and monitoring the program schedule as well as develop and monitor the implementation of all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served. The Program Coordinator will also coordinate with the team to facilitate and monitor the implementation of activities, service plans and support staff with medical and medication protocols.

Other Key Responsibilities:

• Provide goal-oriented supervision to Counselors
• Facilitate weekly staff meeting, participate in supervision, team, and other assigned meetings.
• Manage program budget
• Develop and monitor the implementation of all procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well being of individuals served.
• Assist people to access, and/or provide, all needed transportation.

The organization recognizes skills, location, training and population served in certain programs by offering an additional hourly differential. Ask your recruiter if this position qualifies for an additional hourly differential!

• Associate's Degree or higher in Human Services or Social Services related field, or equivalent required.  Alternative education/experience in lieu of formal education will be considered. 
• Experience working with adults with disabilities, required. Experience within human services field. preferred.
• Supervisory experience, required.
