What We Do
We are currently seeking a Title Operations Supervisor to join our Presto Team as part of the TitleVest/Direct National Solutions group! The Title Operations Supervisor will manage and lead teams who perform a wide range of duties related to title operations, providing support to Title/Underwriting to clear title, assistance to Escrow and focusing on customers. They will partner with and act as a liaison between groups such as Production, Title/Underwriting, Escrow and Post Closing among other interconnected groups to ensure compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met.
What You'll Do
  • Implements processes and supervises the day-to-day activities of employees responsible for daily operational tasks for a defined function. Role may be found in a centralized processing unit.
  • Delegates tasks, manages workflow and makes recommendations for staffing needs. With management consultation, interviews candidates, provides hiring recommendations, writes and conducts performance reviews, and provides ongoing feedback and coaching. Advocates for employees and communicates compensation changes
  • Implement processes and metrics to monitor and improve customer service, quality, turnaround time and productivity. Identify subordinate training needs
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to manager

What You'll Bring
  • 3-5 years of directly related experience
  • 2+ years demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role

Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $93,500.00 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
