Job Description:
As the Nighttime Operations Manager, you will supervise and direct a team of 15-30+ Valet Techs to deliver high-quality service standards. You will also oversee staffing, property maintenance, and customer support and ensure new properties are onboarded smoothly.

You are expected to comply with all company policies and perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.
Your responsibilities will include:
Staffing and Property Maintenance:
- Review market hiring needs with the Operations Manager at least once a week.
- Lead staffing, supervise properties, fill open positions, and sweep properties.
- Partner with HR to ensure new porters complete required training and paperwork before beginning work.
- If properties are down, you are expected to help complete the service.
- Provide monthly OSHA Safety Training.
- Maintain open communication with management and employees
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Customer Support:
- Follow up on any issues and ensure properties receive reports of any issues and violations noted during service.
- Respond to all calls and emails involving complaints by properties or residents within 2 hours, using a "customer first" mentality and tone.
- Visit each assigned property and record the visit in SalesForce at least once a month.
- Must send reports to property managers daily
New Property Onboarding:
- Assist with the launching of a new property.
- Conduct nightly visits for a 2-week period to ensure that expectations are set and being met.
- Order, schedule, and coordinate with the daytime Operations Manager for trash cans, stickers, and magnet distribution for new property starts.
Company Property:
- Complete monthly warehouse inventory and purchase items as required, including bags, stickers, cans, magnets, and carts.
- Provide monthly inventory to the Operations Manager and ensure the trucks are stocked.
- Ensure that carts are properly maintained and repaired as needed.
- Any company vehicle will only be used for G&H work purposes.

Working Conditions:
-This job is essential to our operations and requires emotional control under stress. You will work both indoors and outdoors, with regular and
irregular hours.
Continual walking and standing, frequent heavy lifting and carrying, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling and reaching, work outside and inside, exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, fumes and odors. Exposure to mechanical, electrical and chemical hazards, work around moving objects or vehicles.
Requirements
-A smartphone
- Must be available during the day to respond to customers and managers.
-Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs
-Must be willing to submit a background check
-Have and maintain a clean driving record
-Flexibility to adjust work schedule and/or be on call during irregular business hours
-High school diploma or GED equivalent
-Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel
-Customer service, and prior people management experience
