Stanley Consultants is seeking a Transportation Market Leader to drive growth, client impact, and delivery excellence across our Transportation market. This executive P&L leadership role oversees strategy, business performance, client relationships, and team development.

This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

What You Will Be Doing:

Lead Transportation Market Strategy

  • Set and execute market strategy to drive profitable growth and long-term client partnerships.
  • Provide direction for business development teams, ensuring strategic alignment toward identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities.
  • Translate market trends, funding programs, and client needs into actionable business plans.

Build the Practice

  • In collaboration with other functional areas, develop and acquire required technical and delivery capabilities to execute market growth strategy and deliver the market annual business plan.
  • Engage with key industry leaders and influencers to advance company brand recognition and leverage industry relationships to identify significant new marketplace opportunities.
  • Understand and connect competitor and industry dynamics to our service offerings and approach.
  • Create and foster external strategic partnerships to drive delivery strategy.

Drive Client Relationships

  • Serve as a senior-level relationship leader for key Transportation clients and partners.
  • Expand wallet share with existing clients and guide the selection of new clients and program opportunities.
  • Represent Stanley Consultants as a trusted, solutions-oriented partner in the Transportation industry.

Deliver Business Performance

  • Lead sales, revenue growth, profitability, and portfolio health for the Transportation market.
  • Provide commercial oversight to new project origination and setup.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the Transportation market.
  • Proven success leading growth, client engagement, and delivery on complex, multidisciplinary programs.
$207,000 - $300,000 a year
This position offers a base salary of $207,000 - $300,000 with additional earning potential through a performance-based bonus program. Total compensation will vary based on individual performance and company performance.
