Job description

Sunrise Transportation Company is seeking safe, dependable, and friendly School SUV Drivers to transport students to and from school using company-provided SUVs. No prior experience is required. We offer paid training to ensure you are confident, prepared, and successful in this role.

As a School SUV Driver, you are trusted with more than driving. You are responsible for creating a safe, calm, and caring environment for students and families every day. This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility, safety, and meaningful work within their community.

WHAT WE’LL TRUST YOU WITH
  • Safely transporting students to and from school using a company-provided SUV

  • Following assigned routes and schedules while maintaining punctuality and professionalism

  • Creating a welcoming and respectful environment for students during each ride

  • Adhering to all traffic laws, safety standards, and Sunrise Transportation policies

  • Communicating with dispatch and leadership regarding route updates, delays, or concerns

  • Reporting any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly

  • Supporting daily transportation operations as needed

WHAT MATTERS MOST FOR THIS ROLE
  • Valid driver’s license with at least 3 continuous years of driving experience in good standing

  • Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and required safety clearances
