As a Special Care Aide, You'll Contribute to Our Success By:

  • Supporting new client admissions and Start of Care visits

  • Providing personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene

  • Preparing meals and assisting with daily living activities

  • Performing light housekeeping and household support

  • Assisting with errands and transportation when appropriate

  • Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and visit records

  • Providing coverage for open shifts, call-offs, and urgent staffing needs

  • Traveling throughout the assigned service area to support clients

What Is Required?

  • High School Diploma or GED, where required by state regulations

  • Minimum six (6) months of experience caring for elderly or disabled individuals

  • Home Health Aide, Personal Care Aide, Homemaker, CNA, MA, or similar certification where required

  • Basic technology skills and comfort using mobile devices, apps, and electronic documentation systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing assignments

  • Reliable personal transportation, current registration, and auto insurance

  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area

  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physical caregiving duties
