This position is responsible for a variety of tasks in a terminal operation.  The Terminal Coordinator should be able to solve customer issues in real time, by themselves, without transferring the call to others. The Terminal Coordinator (TC) will be assigned tasks that involve more than one of the following functions:
Administration functions - WMS tasks, order entry for on demand orders, paperwork or BOL preparation for shipments, administer paperwork preparation for specialty billing.
Dispatch functions - may have to administer, prepare shipments AND dispatch select orders on select shifts. 
Warehouse functions - Pull orders off the floor or rack, unload trailers, dock searches, sorting, relabel pieces, prepare orders for delivery or return.
Essential Duties:
  • Perform administration tasks to support the delivery expectations of customers.  Tasks include:
  • Order entry
  • BOL submissions
  • Portal entries
  • Paperwork preparation for billing
  • Answering phones
  • Perform dispatch support tasks. Tasks include:
  • Shipment preparation/administration
  • Dispatch orders
  • Perform warehouse related tasks. Tasks include:
  • Pulling orders off the floor or rack.
  • Unloading trailers
  • Sorting and labeling pieces
  • Preparing orders for delivery and/or return.
  • Promote safety best practices and safe use of equipment in the terminals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Ability to multitask and make decisions quickly.
  • Ability to work both in a group setting and independently.
  • Must be able to collaborate with terminal management to effectively hold people accountable.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in person, in email, and on the phone.
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn multiple operating systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary.
Education, Experience, Certificates, and Licenses:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • College Degree (preferred).
  • Basic MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word) experience (required).
Shift Days: Monday through Friday
Shift Hours: 1pm - 6:30pm (Available to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays preferred.)
Pay Rate: $20-$21
