We are seeking a highly driven and experienced logistics sales professional who can aggressively expand our U.S. air/ocean freight and contract logistics business. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a strong industry network and a track record of consistently bringing in new volume.




โ–  About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced commercial sales professional to expand our Transpacific (Americasโ€“Asia) logistics business. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a strong industry network and a track record of consistently winning new business across international trade lanes. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive sustainable revenue growth between the Americas and Asia regions.



โ–  Responsibilities

  • Aggressively prospect and secure new business across the Americas-Asia trade lane
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
  • Develop and execute territory and customer acquisition strategies focused on Transatlantic flows
  • Identify and penetrate key verticals (e.g. automotive, industrial, retail, electronics, etc.)
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and gross profit targets
  • Lead RFQs and negotiate commercial terms across multimodal solutions (Air / Ocean / Contract Logistics / Last Mile Delivery / Intermodal, etc. as applicable)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders across both regions
  • Collaborate with regional teams (U.S. & Asia) to deliver competitive and scalable solutions
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting through CRM systems
  • Own and manage all sales-related systems, data, and reporting to ensure full visibility and accountability of individual performance and business growth
  • Develop and execute key account growth strategies for strategic customers
  • Monitor market trends, trade lane dynamics, and competitive activity in the Transpacific corridor
  • Represent the company in high-level client negotiations and industry events



โ–  Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in logistics (air / ocean / contract logistics)
  • Proven track record of consistently closing new business, particularly in international trade lanes
  • Strong industry network within the Americas and/or China/Asia/India/MEA logistics market
  • Deep understanding of Transpacific trade flows and customer needs
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex deals
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented

โ–  Sales Commission

This role offers a competitive base salary along with a performance-driven incentive plan tied to revenue growth and profitability. High performers have the opportunity to earn commissions of up to 2 times their annual base salary.
