Job description

Summary

Project Manager is responsible for management, or assisting management, of all phases of project planning and execution to ensure project success factors are met. These include but are not limited to scope, schedule, cost, quality, environmental, safety, communications, security, and integration.



Responsibilities

  • Create / Staff / Lead Project Team
  • Establish and maintain communications among project/programs stakeholders
  • Plan assigned project(s) including scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality aspects
  • Execute projects according to plans within approved scope, cost and schedule constraints


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 5+ Years of PM Experience (9+ years of PM Experience in Lieu of Degree)
  • Experience with Transmission engineering and/or project management


Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Project related work experience; Risk Management, Project Leadership, Strong Collaboration, Oversight
  • Utility Business Unit Experience as determined by BU ranging from Regulated or Commercial energy services experience
  • Construction Management knowledge
  • Proficient to Expert in project related Scheduling, Cost Controls
  • Experience with Transmission Grid Planning, interconnection agreements, formal letter agreements


Professional Certifications

  • PMP, PE, Certified Associated of Project Management
