Responsibilities for Project Manager include but are not limited to:

ยท Drive operational efficiency and process improvements, including automation and quality frameworks

ยท Analyze data, workflows, and KPIs to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities

ยท Manage end-to-end workflows, including escalations and case resolution

ยท Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders) to implement solutions

ยท Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and governance standards

Pay Details: $51.46 per hour
