Role Overview:

As Community Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success by providing tailored translation and support that enhance their social media strategies. You will work closely with our clients, guiding them to achieve their marketing objectives using our platform, and helping them navigate the ever-evolving social media landscape.

The position requires highly proficient communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing client needs.The success of our clients and our company directly depends on the Specialist's ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both Québécois French and English.


Key Responsibilities:


Training & Presentations:

  • Help design, develop, and customize training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives for the client.
  • Create interactive and engaging materials to facilitate effective learning experiences for our clients in Quebec.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations for diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding of the subject matter.

Translation Services:

  • Translate written or spoken material (potentially live on calls) from English to Québécois French, ensuring accuracy and maintaining the intended meaning.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand specific requirements for translation projects.
  • Edit and proofread translated materials to ensure linguistic precision and coherence.

Client Relationship Support:

  • Help maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Foster an understanding of cultural nuances and context to enhance effective communication.
  • Support the client’s unique goals and standards for the program.

Project Coordination:

  • Help track project timelines, deliverables, and updates using tools like Asana.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (like creative, product, and support) to keep work moving forward.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations, client decks, and documentation

Insights & Reporting:

  • Help compile and organize program data to highlight progress and performance.
  • Assist in creating basic reports and summaries that showcase client results.
  • Learn to identify insights that support client goals and inform future strategies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to improving internal processes by sharing ideas and feedback.
  • Stay curious and informed about social media trends, influencer marketing, and client success strategies.
  • Be an active, positive member of the Client Solutions team and eager to grow in your role.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or client service role.
  • Bilingual (Fluency in Québécois and English).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to manage tasks and timelines.
  • Comfortable learning and using digital tools (experience with Asana or similar tools is a plus).
