Job description

We are seeking a NICE CXone Voice Builder with hands-on experience designing and configuring voice solutions, IVRs, call flows, and routing within the NICE CXone (CX1) platform. The role will translate business requirements into effective voice solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Required Technical/Functional Skills
  • Hands-on experience building voice solutions using NICE CXone (CX1).
  • Strong experience configuring IVRs, call flows, routing, prompts, and voice functionality.
  • Ability to translate business and operational requirements into functional voice configurations.
  • Experience supporting integrations and system dependencies impacting voice workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design, build, configure, and maintain NICE CXone voice solutions.
  • Develop and configure IVRs, call flows, routing logic, prompts, and related voice components.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and functional voice solutions.
  • Support integrations and dependencies affecting voice workflows.
