Job description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing Chmura's marketing initiatives across its SaaS and Consulting business lines. This hands-on role combines go-to-market planning, campaign execution, content development, digital marketing, and marketing operations.
The Marketing Manager will assess market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning to develop effective go-to-market approaches and translate those strategies into marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning (25%)
  • Assess market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning to develop go-to-market approaches for Chmura's products and services.
  • Define target audiences, value propositions, messaging, channels, and marketing tactics.
  • Develop go-to-market plans in partnership with Product, Sales, Consulting, and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate results and market feedback to refine positioning and go-to-market approaches.

Campaign Execution & Demand Generation (25%)
  • Develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that support lead generation, customer engagement, and company growth.
  • Manage digital marketing activities across email, PPC and other paid media, website, SEO, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage marketing automation activities, including campaigns, audience segmentation, and automated customer journeys.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics based on engagement, conversion, and lead-generation results.

Content, Brand & Sales Enablement (20%)
  • Develop and coordinate marketing content and customer-facing materials across channels.
  • Partner with Sales to develop presentations, case studies, collateral, and other sales enablement resources.
  • Translate technical, economic, data, and product information into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging.
  • Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across marketing channels.

Agency & Marketing Operations (20%)
  • Manage Chmura's external marketing agency partner, including priorities, project briefs, deliverables, timelines, and results.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns, product launches, events, and other marketing activities.
  • Manage marketing activities, vendors, and agency expenses within the established budget.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and workflows.

Market Insights & Performance (10%)
  • Conduct customer, competitor, and market research to inform positioning and marketing strategy.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics and recommend changes to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate Chmura's participation in conferences, webinars, and other external marketing opportunities.

Requirements
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within SaaS, data, analytics, technology, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing go-to-market plans and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Experience managing external marketing agencies or vendors.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing principles, including go-to-market strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, content development, and brand positioning.
  • Ability to translate go-to-market strategies into coordinated marketing campaigns and initiatives across channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market, customer, and campaign data and translate insights into marketing actions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and manage external agencies, vendors, and partners.
