Job Description Job Title: Commercial Transformation Change Manager - SC Location: Reading/Hybrid - Max 3 Days per Week on site Daily Rate: 77.20/hr (Umbrella) Duration: Until 31/3/27 initially IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Security Clearance: SC The SCM Transformation Culture & Change Lead is role within the transformation team responsible for championing and implementing culture change initiatives within the supply chain function. The successful candidate will work closely with the People workstream lead and the Programme Lead along with the other workstream leads to develop the overall cultural and employee engagement vision for the supply chain function Key Responsibilities: Culture Assessment and Development: Provide input into the People workstream overall strategy within the broader transformation program. Collaborate with executive leadership to align on the supply chain team people and cultural change objectives

Conduct assessments to understand the current organisational culture and identify areas that require change or improvement (e.g supporting skills assessments, maturity and capability assessments). Develop and implement a comprehensive culture change strategy that aligns with the organisations and the function's mission, vision, and values. Culture and Change Planning & Execution: Develop a comprehensive culture and change roadmap, outlining key objectives, milestones, and deliverables

Report on progress, detailing risks and issues to delivery. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion practices to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives associated with delivery of the people workstream.

Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure employee and stakeholder buy-in and engagement throughout the transformation journey. Engage with employees and key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Leadership & Employee Engagement: Work with leadership (e.g. SLT, D1 and C2 communities) to develop and enhance their capabilities as culture change champions, ensuring they embody and promote the desired culture. Promote practices that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and job satisfaction

Implementation of a training, coaching, mentoring and leadership training faculty to foster growth and personal development. Design and deliver training programs that support culture change, focusing on behaviour, values, and soft skills. Drive improved team engagement.

Performance Metrics and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the cultural change program (e.g. Team Engagement). Establish regular reporting mechanisms to clearly communicate progress and outcomes to key stakeholders
