Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Program Manager / Digital Coordinator to oversee and monitor the remediation of multiple Manufacturing IT applications integrations with S4 HANA for a customer site. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a primary focus on project reporting and tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate cross-project activities related to CORE (S4 HANA) prerequisites (e.g., MES, connectivity, quality, data, and other enabling initiatives), ensuring alignment across all workstreams.
  • Lead efforts for integrating multiple manufacturing IT applications with S4 HANA, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines, and monitoring progress for successful delivery.
  • Schedule and manage recurring and ad-hoc meetings with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., Rockwell, Enable), driving clear agendas, decisions, and documented outcomes.
  • Ensure timely involvement of shop floor SMEs by proactively planning engagement at least one week in advance, balancing project needs with ongoing production constraints.
  • Capture, structure, and track all actions, dependencies, and risks arising from S4 transformation-related workshops, meetings, and project activities.
  • Coordinate task allocation across Myerstown functions, ensuring clear ownership, prioritization, and effective follow-up across multiple parallel initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce integrated rollout plans covering S4 transformation prerequisites and dependent projects, ensuring alignment of timelines, milestones, and interdependencies.
  • Lead structured weekly status updates consolidating progress, key achievements, upcoming activities, risks, and mitigation actions across all S4 transformation-related streams.
  • Track and manage enhancements and evolving requirements, ensuring clarity, proper documentation, and suitability for digital tracking tools in a complex, multi-system environment.
  • Coordinate organizational change management across S4 transformation-related digital programs, ensuring stakeholder engagement, effective communication, training, and readiness activities.
  • Share regular updates with project sponsor and project teams, capturing meeting minutes to document discussions and action items.
  • Identify and capture risks associated with projects, communicating these risks to the project sponsor for timely resolution.
  • Plan and schedule governance meetings between the program sponsor and individual project owners to review project progress and address challenges.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments.

Required Skills:
  • Strong project management experience and project coordination at sites.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-vendor teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experienced in using project management tools like ADO, JIRA.
