Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a seasoned Engagement Lead to manage the successful delivery of a high-impact eCommerce transformation project for a U.S.-based enterprise client. The role involves strong client engagement skills and project leadership to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the strategic point of contact for the client across the entire engagement lifecycle (Discovery to Implementation & Rollout).
• Own and manage the project roadmap, deliverables, and engagement governance.
• Lead discovery workshops, requirements clarification, and solution alignment with business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Dev, QA, DevOps, Architects) to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Monitor project KPIs, risk management, and issue resolution in coordination with PMO and client sponsors.
• Drive status reporting, steering committee updates, and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS) where relevant to data, payment, and customer privacy.
• Facilitate contractual compliance, SOW adherence, and coordinate with commercial/legal teams when needed.
• Support account growth, scope expansion, and relationship management beyond the initial engagement.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of IT project or program management experience, with at least 3–5 years in eCommerce or Digital Transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience leading engagements. eCommerce transformation experience will be advantage.
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies (React, Frontastic) and cloud-native backend platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps collaboration tools.
• Experience managing U.S.-based clients and distributed delivery teams across time zones.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, contracts, and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
