About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Proactive Program Manager to lead large-scale Data, Analytics, Digital, and GenAI transformation programs for Fortune 500 clients. This role requires a strong consulting mindset, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to lead complex multi-million-dollar engagements from inception through successful delivery.

The ideal candidate combines program leadership, commercial acumen, client relationship management, and deep experience delivering large-scale data and digital transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Leadership

  • Lead large-scale Data, Analytics, Cloud, Digital, and GenAI transformation programs.
  • Manage complex engagements ranging from $1M-$5M+ in annual revenue.
  • Drive end-to-end program delivery including planning, estimation, execution, governance, and closure.
  • Establish and track program KPIs, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure delivery excellence across scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

Client Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships across business and technology organizations.
  • Drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups.
  • Manage expectations and proactively address risks and delivery challenges.

Commercial & Financial Management

  • Support and lead proposal development, solution estimation, and business case creation.
  • Own program financials including forecasting, budgeting, revenue tracking, and margin management.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and additional revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams on strategic pursuits.

Scope & Change Management

  • Proactively manage scope and prevent uncontrolled scope expansion.
  • Lead change management governance processes.
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) and Change Orders.
  • Conduct impact assessments and effort re-estimation activities.
  • Influence client stakeholders regarding revised timelines, scope, resources, and commercial implications.

Resource & Team Leadership

  • Lead large globally distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations.
  • Manage resource planning and allocation across multiple workstreams.
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing delivery teams.
  • Foster collaboration across business, technology, and consulting functions.

Technology & Transformation Leadership

  • Lead programs across:
    • Data Governance
    • Data Management
    • Data Migration
    • Data Integration
    • Cloud Data Platforms
    • Advanced Analytics
    • Artificial Intelligence & GenAI
    • Machine Learning Initiatives
  • Champion Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and modern engineering methodologies.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 - $175,000/ yearly.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
