As an Associate Program Manager or Program Manager in Talent Development, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering programs and systems that help employees embed our company values into their routines and develop new habits that help them be even more adaptable, innovative and collaborative. You'll work cross-functionally with teams inside and outside of the United States to identify opportunities to embrace and amplify our culture, scope interventions, and measure our progress.
Responsibilities
    • Facilitate immersive, in-person workshops for individual contributors and leaders that help employees generate new insights and build new high-performance habits.
    • Lead and optimize the annual performance cycle for all USA employees, ensuring that we are encouraging and rewarding ambition and high performance in how we set goals and execute on our strategic plans.
    • Manage our early career pipeline by fostering mutually beneficial relationships with top-tier universities and delivering meaningful and impactful internship experiences to talented early career professionals.
    • Design and lead transformational development programs that strengthen leadership, adaptability, collaboration, innovation, and self-awareness.
    • Apply adult learning principles and internal consulting to assess needs and recommend high-impact solutions.
    • Champion a learning culture by demonstrating the personal and professional value of continuous development.

Qualifications
    • You love being "in the classroom" and have solid experience facilitating transformational, in-person development experiences.
    • Experience managing enterprise performance and/or talent systems is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field.
    • 4-6 years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or a related area.
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and/or globally on transformation initiatives.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at Mapfre are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
Salary Range $95,000 - $131,000
