What role you will play in our team
The Lean Transformation Lead will lead the deployment of Lean systems at a lubricants manufacturing site, driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with site leadership to embed a culture of continuous improvement and develop organizational capability for sustained performance.
What you will do
  • Lead Lean system implementation to improve operational performance across key KPIs
  • Coach leaders and teams on Lean principles and behaviors
  • Identify and execute value creation opportunities through data-driven analysis
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Deploy Lean tools (5S, standard work, VSM, Six Sigma) to eliminate waste
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance throughput and reliability
  • Track performance and ensure sustainability of improvements
  • Build internal capability through training and mentoring

About you
Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years in Lean, manufacturing, or operational excellence roles
  • Proven success leading transformation or CI initiatives
  • Strong Lean toolkit expertise
  • Effective influencer and coach across organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Experience in manufacturing or packaging environment
  • Willingness to relocate on a rotational basis to various US-based locations
