Location: Tempe, AZ

Type: Full-Time Permanent

Compensation: $150,000 - 165,000 base + $30,000 performance bonus

This role supports enterprise B2B SaaS sales and implementation environments by guiding solution strategy across pre-sales, RFP response, and enterprise discovery engagements. The Digital Transformation Consultant ensures alignment between customer requirements and core product capabilities, driving a disciplined, product-led approach while protecting long-term platform integrity. This position partners closely with executive buyers, sales leadership, product teams, and implementation stakeholders to define scalable solution frameworks.

Your role:

· Design and lead enterprise solution strategies during RFP responses, pre-sales engagements, and executive discovery sessions.

· Translate complex customer requirements into structured, product-aligned solution frameworks.

· Educate enterprise buyers on best-practice, template-based functionality that addresses ~75% of business needs while strategically defining how remaining requirements are handled.

· Guide organizations away from customization-heavy approaches toward product-led implementation models.

· Collaborate with sales leadership to position solutions effectively within enterprise buying cycles.

· Support scope definition and solution alignment through implementation planning phases (without owning system configuration).

· Present solution strategy and recommendations to executive stakeholders with clarity and commercial awareness.

· Partner with product leadership to provide feedback on market needs without compromising product roadmap integrity.

· Contribute to structured implementation frameworks that drive repeatability, scalability, and margin protection.

· Serve as a senior advisor during complex enterprise pursuits and strategic customer engagements.

What you’ve got:

· 10+ years of experience within enterprise B2B SaaS organizations.

· Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, enterprise SaaS program leadership, or solution architecture within a product-based software company.

· Demonstrated success shifting organizations from customization-heavy delivery models to product-led best practices.

· Deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS implementation lifecycle.

· Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex solution concepts clearly to C-level stakeholders.

· Experience supporting enterprise software sales cycles and RFP processes.

· Commercial acumen and the ability to balance customer needs with product strategy.

· Ability to operate cross-functionally across sales, product, and implementation teams.

Preferred:

· Experience operating within a high-growth SaaS organization undergoing product transformation.

· Background supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives within structured SaaS environments.

· Experience working with template-based or configurable enterprise platforms.
