Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee transfer agent service delivery across onboarding, account maintenance, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, distributions, statements, confirms, tax reporting, and investor servicing matters.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with transfer agent contacts, fund administrators, custodians, intermediaries, platform partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor transfer agent performance against SLAs, KPIs, operating procedures, and quality expectations.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex investor servicing matters, coordinating across internal teams and external providers to drive timely resolution.
  • Contribute to recurring service provider oversight meetings, manage issue logs, track action items, and drive timely resolution of escalations.
  • Develop and maintain oversight documentation and procedures.
  • Identify operational risks, service gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities to improve scale, automation, and the investor/advisor experience.
  • Partner with Technology, Data Operations, and external providers to improve automation, reporting, data quality, workflow tools, and system integrations.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, strong ownership, and institutional-quality execution.

Qualifications include:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in asset management, alternatives, wealth management, investor relations, transfer agency, fund administration, or financial services operations.

  • Comfort using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and quality of work.
  • Curiosity about and openness to adopting emerging AI technologies in day-to-day workflows.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance.
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses are preferred.
