Weโ€™re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Transfer Agency for Digital Assets Product Management to join our Fund and Investor Solutions team. This role is located in NYC, NY or Boston, MA.

In this role, youโ€™ll make an impact in the following ways:

โ€ข Contribute to shaping the future of Transfer Agency by supporting transformation of technology, product, and operating models to enable fund tokenization.
โ€ข Apply knowledge of digital assets and their impact on the asset management industry to support development of the Transfer Agency for Digital Assets product.
โ€ข Work directly with clients to understand needs, gather requirements, and support solution design.
โ€ข Serve as Product Owner for specific features or workstreams, supporting the design and delivery of new capabilities, including expansion into new markets and asset classes.
โ€ข Partner with crossโ€‘functional engineering, product, and operations teams within an Agile framework to drive execution.
โ€ข Support market intelligence activities, competitor tracking, and goโ€‘toโ€‘market planning.
โ€ข Assist with regulatory and policymaker engagement by providing analysis and insights.

To be successful in this role, weโ€™re seeking the following:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
โ€ข 5 plus years of overall experience is required.
โ€ข Product Owner or Product Management background strongly preferred.
โ€ข Strong problemโ€‘solving skills and ability to contribute to innovative product development.
โ€ข Transfer Agency, Fund Management/Operations, or Digital Asset experience is required.
โ€ข Internal and/or external clientโ€‘facing experience is required.
โ€ข Funds industry experience a plus.
โ€ข Experience applying AI in product development or operations desirable.
โ€ข Background in Operations, Product, or Engineering roles in fund servicing a plus.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $185,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. 
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
