Job description

The Fund Services team at UMB is a nationally respected investment services provider offering a broad array of services for mutual funds and alternative investments to a wide range of investment advisors, independent money managers, broker-dealers, banks, third-party administrators, insurance companies and other financial services providers.

As a Transfer Agency Operations Rep, you will be responsible for all data entry processing for incoming shareholder requests.You will setup new accounts, process transactionsandperform variousaccountmaintenance items. As you grow your skillsand become more proficient in your work, you will have the opportunity to join the researchteam.This will require direct follow up with clients on outstanding issues.

The Transfer Agency team works hard but, in a fun, relaxed environment where the dress code is casual. You will be able to manage your work individually but still have a team around them to offer support when needed. There is a busy season for this role and the approach is to manage as a team.

How you'll spend your time:

  • Utilize your high attention to detail to properlyprocess transactionsto achieve complete accuracy

  • Provide good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members/manageras well as clients

  • Be flexible and willing to adapt to meet shifting priorities

  • You have six months of transaction processing, office or customer service experience.

Compensation Range:

$32,640.00 - $62,640.00
