We're seeking a future team member for the role Specialist, Investor Services Operations II,ย to join our Integrated Middle Office Solutionsย team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Assists in conducting, analyzing, and reporting on transfer agency operations activities for clients of lower complexity.
  • Supports client onboarding and internal conversions.
  • Conducts key metric reporting and consults on daily Transfer Agency processes.
  • Assists management in the day-to-day operations of the business and helps reduce risk and enhance efficiency through review processes and controls.
  • Assists in project management for a portion of an initiative and/or onboarding new clients.
  • Develops relationships with technology and line of business teams as Subject Matter Experts to define business requirements and test development.
  • Analyzes business data to identify trends to mitigate risk or enhance client relationships.
  • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in transfer agency operations preferred.
  • Experience supporting client onboarding, conversions, or operational reporting preferred.
