The primary responsibility of the Mental Health Counselor is to provide ethical, empathetic, and effective mental health services through virtual platforms. This includes:

• Conducting one-on-one video counseling sessions to assess and understand clients’ emotional and behavioral health needs.
• Utilizing solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and objectives, ensuring measurable outcomes are established.
• Assisting clients in gaining insights about their feelings, behaviors, and relationships to enhance their self-awareness and coping strategies.
• Monitoring clients' progress throughout treatment, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary, and encouraging the development of healthy coping mechanisms.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. Our clientele values compassionate care and tailored therapeutic solutions that address their individual needs. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current state licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Independently licensed to practice without supervision and possess no disciplinary actions against their license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, a sympathetic demeanor, and a passion for helping others.
• Comfortable with technology and adept at navigating telehealth platforms.
• Stable internet connection to enable seamless video conferencing.

While not mandatory, additional experience in telehealth, familiarity with electronic health record systems, and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Experience working with diverse populations is also a plus, as we aim to meet the needs of a broad client base.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year for full-time counselors, with part-time opportunities beginning at USD 65,000 annually, commensurate with hours worked. Our benefits package includes:
