Transcendent Healing Psychology Practice is seeking dedicated and independently licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide high-quality mental health services through a telehealth platform. As a crucial member of our mental health team, you will be responsible for developing personalized therapy plans aimed at promoting behavioral health and personal growth among clients. This full-time position offers both financial and professional rewards, with an annual salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000, based on your expertise and experience.

As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibility will involve delivering clinical mental health services primarily via video chat. Your duties will include:

• Conducting ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions with a focus on empathetic engagement.
• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to craft meaningful individual therapies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Collaboratively developing and implementing actionable treatment plans designed to support your clients' mental health goals.
• Helping clients gain insights into their emotions, experiences, and relationships, facilitating growth and self-awareness.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote effective coping strategies.
• Providing support and resources that encourage client engagement and motivation in their therapeutic journey.

Our focus is on working with stable, low-acuity adults who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid state license, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD), ensuring you can practice independently.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate nature that fosters trust and openness with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology, including video conferencing tools and electronic health record systems.
• Stable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted remote sessions.

We look for candidates who have a strong background in practice settings similar to outpatient care and substance use disorders, though all experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with teletherapy protocols and a demonstrated ability to adapt clinical practices to a virtual environment will be advantageous.

This position offers competitive compensation, with a salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per annum for full-time employees, and up to USD 65,000 per year for part-time employees. Additionally, we provide the following benefits:
