Job description

The Retail Assistant Manager supports store operations and leads a team of fewer than 10 employees to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role holds moderate autonomy in staffing and scheduling decisions and full operational authority in the manager's absence. The position involves occasional travel between store locations and offers growth opportunities toward becoming a Store Manager.
