Position:  Project Manager 

Clearance:  Secret

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects to support organizational objectives and technology initiatives. This role manages project schedules, resources, and risks while working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The position requires strong project management knowledge, the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, and experience applying established methodologies and tools to drive efficient and scalable project execution.
 
 
• Plan and coordinate IT project activities to support organizational goals and project objectives
• Develop and manage project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and performance expectations
• Manage project risks, resources, and budgets to ensure effective project delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into project plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support project implementation and execution
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
• Optimize project management processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and consistency
• Maintain project documentation including plans, procedures, and lessons learned
• Support the adoption and use of project management tools and platforms
• Stay current with emerging project management tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Provide user guidance and training on project management tools when needed
Professional Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience in IT project management or related roles
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred

Salary range for this position is up to $228,000, depending on qualifications, including relevant certifications, education, years of experience, and demonstrated experience supporting Federal Government programs within the field. Candidates with specialized expertise, industry-recognized certifications, and strong Federal contracting experience may be considered at the higher end of the range.
