Please note: This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our Salt Lake City, UT office. Hours are Monday through Friday during regular business hours. 


Position Overview: 

We are seeking a Corporate Training Manager to lead strategic training initiatives across our GTM business. This role will focus on enhancing performance, engagement, and career growth for employees in sales, rental, parts, digital, safety and support functions. You will lead the design and execution of learning programs that build soft skills, product knowledge, computer technological aptitude, customer service excellence, and leadership capabilities-ensuring our employees are equipped to thrive in a customer-driven environment. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Must have a results driven mindset, capable of attention to detail and executing Department KPI and companywide initiatives. 
  • Develop and execute a company-wide learning strategy that supports business goals and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. 
  • Partner with department leaders across the organization to assess, skill gaps and identify training needs, and define training strategies that produce outcomes. 
  • Deliver engaging learning across many modalities including workshops, e-learning modules, instructor-led, virtual. 
  • Manage a team that focuses on coordination, content development and training delivery. Utilizing performance management, KPIs and measurable outcomes to drive results. 
  • Design and implement training programs for GTM business areas, building a new hire development program, digital transformation, driving customer excellence, safety and new leadership. 
  • Creatively solve problems to meet budget, advance with learning technologies and deliver scalable, high-impact training. 
  • Collaborate and work with others on the team, and throughout the company to identify and support training and development needs. 
  • Build relationships with external vendors and trainers to expand learning opportunities and bring fresh perspectives to the organization.? 
  • Measure training effectiveness by developing reports, and analyzing metrics and KPIs to continuously improve our training programs. 
  • Oversee training budgets, staffing, and instructor resources to ensure program success. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the Corporate Learning & Development field, preferably in customer-facing, or operational environments. 
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Management (w/ L&D experience), Education, or related field. 
  • Experience leading teams, meeting performance goals 
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs, with proven experience developing content and ILT/VLT Facilitation. 
  • Knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick). 
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Content Development tools, experience with Articulate and Video Production is required. 
  • Strong foundation in adult learning principles and instructional design. 
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills. 
  • Strong Organization Skills is a must. 

Preferred Qualifications:? 

  • Facilitating Leadership Development at a Senior Manager level. 
  • Project Management and Continuous Improvement (Lean, 5S) experience. 
  • Innovative mindset with experience in customer service, software and technology platforms. 
  • Previous experience in the Industrial, Construction, Manufacturing or Mining Sectors.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable learning solutions. 
  • Proven Leader with Outstanding Emotional Intelligence 
  • Strong facilitation and consulting skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Expertise in training program design, delivery, and evaluation. 
  • Strong Communicator. 
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and deadlines. 

Work Environment & Location: 

This position is based in Salt Lake City, UT, with occasional travel may be required to support training delivery and stakeholder engagement.  Must be capable of lifting, standing, climbing up and down heavy equipment and lifting 50 lbs. 


Compensation & Benefits: 

Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $110,000.
