Job description

Global Compliance Training Program Manager

Description -

This role is responsible for leading large global training consulting projects and delivering campaigns related to the HP Compliance Learning Portfolio. The role requires collaboration with cross-organizational teams, and shaping the strategy for compliance learning and development priorities impacting all HP business units. The role applies advanced learning and development, and compliance subject knowledge to manage programs from strategy to implementation. The role operates at consultant level directly influencing stakeholders with subject matter expertise and learning thought leadership. The role contributes to the management of operational goals, finances, introducing process improvements, and aligning program priorities with business strategies.


Responsibilities

  • Leads the global compliance training portfolio in partnership with key business and functional stakeholders. Manages the strategic planning and execution of the global compliance training campaigns through all phases of the implementation including; needs assessments, solutions development and design, implementation and tracking, and continuous improvement and iterations. Ensure the flawless delivery of all compliance campaigns assigned.
  • Effectively manage stakeholders and ensures a documented and agreed understanding of stakeholder expectations for deliverables, timelines, and budget.
  • Formulates the development of learning strategies for compliance projects and programs that impact multiple businesses.
  • Lead multiple large projects and programs with global and cross-organizational program teams on needs assessment, intervention selection, design, development, implementation, reporting, and continuous innovation and improvement of learning solutions.
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage program lifecycle from strategy development to implementation. Stays abreast of current market and learning technology trends, provides thought leadership, and provides guidance, consulting and expertise for other project/program managers as well as throughout the organization.
  • Program manages to ensure projects and campaigns are completed to the agree schedule. Manages deliverable quality, learner experience, and accessibility standards. Displays strong project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results.
  • Participate in vendor identification, cyber-security, privacy, negotiating, formal contracting and procurement processes. Focus on ensuring clarity in the contracting phase, ongoing management of the deliverables, cost controls, issue resolution, award applications, and continuous improvement of vendor performance and productivity delivering competitive costs.
  • Manages the portfolio in the HP Learning Management System and ensures 100% accuracy of all learning data. Manages the assignment process, tracking of employee completions, resolution of employee completion issues and reporting of results to HP management stakeholders.
  • Management of process mailboxes, and responding to and resolving requests related to integrity training, privacy training, compliance training, cybersecurity training, and privacy training for CWs
  • Develops and implements learning evaluation strategies using the Kirkpatrick framework. Completes post campaign reviews and analysis to drive improvement in future campaigns.
  • Develop and implements new workflows using AI to drive improved learning solution performance, enhanced learner experience, reduction in design and campaign lead-times, and saving in terms of work effort and costs. Drives simplification of operational processes and elimination of non-value add work through simplification and automation.


Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Learning and Development, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in consulting, training design, facilitation, project management, and learning technologies
