Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and relationship-driven University Partnership and Program Manager to lead HPE's university programs and strategic partnerships across the Americas. In this role, you'll oversee campus events, volunteer engagement, university partnerships, graduate onboarding, and the Campus Teams Program while partnering with business leaders, HR, and the University Center of Excellence to strengthen HPE's early career talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Support HPE's US end-to-end recruitment throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to onboarding.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic universities and organizations to enhance HPE's talent pipeline and support early identification programs.

  • Coordinate and supervise university talent pipeline from sourcing to offer to ensure a diverse and high-quality candidate pool.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment events to showcase HPE's employer brand.

  • Manage HPE volunteers and attendees during events, ensuring a positive experience for both.

  • Manage the AMS HPE Campus Teams Program and Graduate Onboarding, including identifying and training HPE team members, program coordination, and budget management.

  • Provide support and framework to HPE's Global Campus Teams Program and Onboarding operating outside of AMS to ensure a cohesive global approach.

  • Work closely with HPE's University Center of Excellence, business stakeholders, and HR partners on critical projects to deploy strategies for meeting recruitment goals with significant staffing impact.

  • Collaborate with cross-function teams to address hiring challenges and implement solutions.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

  • 4+ years of related experiencein program management, event management, university programs, talent programs, or a related field.

  • Experience planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale programs, events, or initiatives.

  • Experience in university recruitment is a plus

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills for internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong organizational, project management, and data management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Willingness to travel to support university recruiting events and strategic campus initiatives during peak recruiting seasons.
