Seeking Candidates for a Nursing Assistant Training Program!!

About the Training Program:

Baptist Health Floyd is offering a unique opportunity to join our paid Nursing Assistant Training Program-a comprehensive, hands-on 4-week program designed to equip you with the essential skills needed to begin a successful career as a nursing assistant.

Throughout the program, you'll receive instruction in core nursing assistant duties, including phlebotomy and EKG procedures. No previous healthcare experience is required-just a passion for helping others and a commitment to learning.

Upon successful completion of the training, participants will transition directly into a full-time days, or nights nursing assistant position at our hospital.

Job Duties:

We are seeking individuals interested in beginning a career in healthcare with no prior nursing assistant experience. Nursing Assistants who under general supervision and according to established procedures function as an on-shift team member under the direction of the nurse by providing delegated aspects of patient care and routine non-patient care unit maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

BLS for Healthcare Provider required, will train.

High school diploma/equivalent preferred, not required.
