Job description


SAIC is seeking a Training Management & Schools Specialist and Organizational Inspection Program (OIP) Coordinator to join their team at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina.
This position will have some Overseas travel to Austere Locations.
The Training Management & Schools Specialist and (OIP) Coordinator will be responsible for but not limit to following duties:
  • Provide Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) analytical and support services to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing the Individual Schools and Training Program across HQ USARCENT, USARCENT-KU, USARCENT-QA, 4th BCD, 1st TSC, and other assigned units; assist walk-in and remote customers; support management of school allocations and waitlists; assist in ensuring IME/PME compliance; and maintain accurate digital/physical records under Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS).
  • In coordination with the USARCENT Chief of Staff, develop and maintain a draft Organizational Inspection Program (OIP) plan under AR 1-201; support management of inspection schedules, budgets, inspector-training coordination, and Deployment Checklists; assist in integrating command, staff, and IG inspections into a unified readiness assessment program; and manage G37 TREX classroom scheduling and equipment.

Qualifications
Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree and ten (10) years' experience; additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Required Clearance:
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required.

Required Skills:
  • Must possess the ability to operate independently, executing the commander's intent with limited oversight.
  • 8-10 years relevant Army experience at an operational level headquarters.
  • Working understanding of Army Training Management, ATRRS, ARIMS, and OIP.
