Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
MLee Healthcare is partnering with a respected health system in South Carolina to recruit a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for their medical-surgical units across various locations. This full-time role is essential for supporting patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the healthcare team. $7,500 relocation assistance is offered!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, including taking vital signs, bathing, feeding, dressing, transporting, and grooming patients.
  • Transition to a Medical Surgical Technician role after completing advanced skills training, with duties such as drawing blood, managing Foley catheters, wound and skin care, and performing dressing changes.
  • Maintain professionalism and demonstrate excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, physicians, and coworkers, following Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
  • Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a nursing assistant training program or at least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent preferred, or completion of WIN Testing or an approved Transition to Work Program
