Training and Education Specialist Job Summary: In this role, you will assist members, staff, and third parties with general aspects of staff training and education activitiesfor the Credit Union. Improve overall employee effectiveness and performance through individual and group training programs. Facilitate training classes on all applicable subject matter for the credit union.

Design, evaluate, update, and implement training materials and content. Administers LMS program, provide management with feedback, and support training programs. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate training classes on all applicable subject matter for the credit union.

Design, evaluate, update, implement, and continually review training materials and content. Reviews, updates, and develops job aids to help in training effectiveness. Administers LMS program, including adding new hires, enrolling new hires in classes, completing rosters, communicating schedules to applicable managers.

Provide management with feedback on student participation and results. Supports Earn to Learn individual development accounts administration. Provides job-specific education, training, and certification to employees.

Support the management of the internal intranet platform for credit union resources available to staff. Collaborates with credit union management and subject matter experts to develop and deliver accurate and timely training solutions. Administer education rooms scheduling and setup.

Assist Training & Education Manager with overall quality and effectiveness of credit union training and testing. Qualifications: Required Skills: Minimum six months of similar or related experience.
