Job description

Job Title: Sales Manager - Cambridge - Anytime Fitness

Job Summary:

Sales Club Managers have a focus on selling the Anytime Fitness brand to prospective club patrons. In addition to attracting new members to your club location, you will be responsible for upkeep and maintenance of your club space, and encouraging existing members to participate in our coaching (training) programs. The club is supervised Monday - Saturday, this role will work based on the needs of the business with shifts being 8.5 hours long five days a week.

The ideal applicant will be a team leader, highly organised and will have a high level of customer service and sales experience. A perfect fit if you are energetic and extroverted, with a dedication to customer satisfaction and a desire to enthusiastically represent the Anytime Fitness brand! Experience within the fitness industry is not a requirement, but encouraged. The ideal candidate will be flexible with working at Anytime Fitness' other locations depending upon the needs of the business.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Managing leads, and recruiting new prospects
  • Providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for all
  • Selling coaching and memberships
  • Ensuring the club is meeting Weekly/Monthly sales goals
  • Maintaining the day to day upkeep of the facility
  • Overseeing coaching sessions and ensuring coaching staff are creating an exceptional experience.
  • Maintaining social media, engagement, and community involvement
  • Driving growth at your club location
  • Completing agreements and other paperwork & administrative tasks

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid driverโ€™s license and reliable method of transportation
  • Must be flexible to work at other locations as per the business needs
  • Prior customer service and sales experience required
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Leadership qualities
  • Passion for fitness and helping others

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Experience in fitness is an asset
  • Social media experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
